another way to help keep costs down... Quit feeding the criminals huge meals! they should get 3 meals but all you need is some oatmeal, toast and oj for breakfast bologna sandwich and a bad of chips and some kool-aid for lunch and a ham and cheese for supper!
If it dosen't it won't be becauseSheriff Abdalla isn't trying to find a solution. Anybody can be replaced, however when the Sheriff decides he won't run the next guy will have some big shoes to fill
