YES they do--when I was small and lived in the south of Steubenville I had to walk to Grant School with my siblings when we arrived at school our faces were always dirty from the coal furnaces and the dirt from the mills--you have to be crazy to not realize the air quality and enviroment is so much better today. I think the government just likes to find something to complain about God takes care of these things

No. What happened to the traffic plan to update stoplights and save fuel? Why do governments always have to be dragged into court to do what is necassary for the health and well being of the citizens. I do not believe they care until it is time to be elected or appointed.
