Yes, it is appropriate. This fine is more than fair considering what happened although I don't for a second believe he was that "mesmerized". I don't know who made the call to post=pone court but I would have myself had I been in that situation. The forecast wasn't pleasant by any means. It won't hurt anything to wait a few days to make sure the roads aren't in bad shape.

@Major Malfunction --- My 10 year old grandson went to school today, regardless of the "wintery weather" conditions. Do you mean to tell me that ADULTS couldn't manage to find their way to the courthouse ?

The judge from Summit county postponed the hearings. No one In Steubenville made that call you chicken schit . WTF you live in Florida? Winter equals bad roads. Go crawl back under your covers and watch the talk

I see where they postponed the Grand Jury hearings today due to "wintery weather". WTF, were they planning on holding the hearings outside ?? Nothing surprises me anymore in this chicken schit town.
