God Bless Gov Kasich, and all the Conservative leaders who want to cut waste. Taxes are too high everywhere, cut them more roll back the EPA and create jobs. Obama should take a clue instead of pretending to shoot a gun. he is the sleazeball.
How is he taking money from local governments? He is hanging on to money his administration obtained by cutting waste and abuse within the state government. Local governments got where they are on their own. Ever hear the old saying," Don't put all your eggs in one basket"? Old people didn't say that stuff just to hear themselves talk ya know! You build a city that's entirely dependent on a steel mill, then when the mill goes under (as most businesses do) the city is bound to go with it. Ever hear this one, "Save your pennies for a rainy day"? Also applicable! Kasich is a genius!
