W.Va. plans meeting on police depression, suicide

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — Police depression and suicide will be addressed next week at a conference for law enforcement officers in West Virginia.
The West Virginia State Police says the one-day conference is set for Nov. 10 at the Charleston Holiday Inn Express.
National P.O.L.I.C.E. Suicide Foundation Executive Director Robert Douglas is the featured speaker.
The State Police is co-sponsoring the conference with the West Virginia Council for the Prevention of Suicide and the Bureau for Behavioral Health and Health Facilities.
