Darrell Hawkins, Steubenville, charges of phone harassment and violating a protection-from-domestic-violence order dismissed without prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Richard Davis, Chester, charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Brandon Douglas, Wellsville, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Sentence of 30 days in jail converted to 30 days' home confinement with work release. Fined $100 and assessed court costs. Sentence for driving on a suspended license (DUI) the same as for the DUI charge.

Brian Adamski, Pittsburgh, charge of driving under the influence dismissed and refiled as reckless driving, to which defendant pleaded guilty. Fined $500 and assessed court costs.
