Vandalism: Vehicle window broken with rock in the 600 block of Lawson Avenue, Monday.

Vandalism: Two tires cut on vehicle in the 200 block of Murphy Avenue, Monday.

Vandalism: Garage door vandalized with spray paint in the alley in the rear of Cedar Avenue, Monday.

Cited: Brandy Bridges, 27, 1938 Crawford Ave., Weirton, no headlights and hit-skip.

Arrested: Anna Clark, 26, 2410 Sunset Blvd., two bench warrants out of municipal court and possession of hypodermic needle, Monday.

Arrested: James Carmine, 28, 2410 Sunset Blvd., bench warrant out of municipal court and possession of hypodermic needle, Monday.

Arrested: Tiffany N. Dawson, 35, 428 Clinton Ave., operating vehicle under the influence and failure to control, today.

Arrested: Jeremy M. Patton, 22, 422 Lincoln Ave., Mingo Junction, brought to county jail by Ohio Adult Parole Authority on a Florida parole violation, Monday.

Cited: Justin L. Moore, 28, 939 Clifton St., Follansbee, driving while license revoked- administrative.

Breaking and entering: A house on Shangri La Lane in Wellsburg was broken into sometime Friday or Saturday. It wasn't clear if anything had been taken.
