Vandalism: Vehicle window broken in the 100 block of Shirley Circle, Wednesday.

Gun found: Person cutting down brush in the 1400 block of Oregon Avenue found a handgun on Wednesday. Police reported the gun was stolen out of Hancock County.

Cited: Amy N. Stimport, 35, 2812 Opal Blvd., failure to control; Crystal L. Wicker, 39, 426 Linden Ave., speeding; Rita J. Bates, 36, 257 township Road 619, Brilliant, speeding; Henry C. Davis, 29, 1421 Pennsylvania Ave., loud radio; Del Ricco L. Cunningham, 42, 41 Kendall Ave., open container; Jennifer N. Adams, 20, 317 Commercial St., Mingo Junction, stop sign; and James E. Crowder, 20, 610 Lawson Ave., possession of marijuana.

Arrested: Renee D. Staudacher, 28, 211 West Blvd., Mingo Junction, petit theft and failure to appear warrant out of municipal court, Wednesday.

Arrested: Andre Hython, 48, 417 Lawson Ave., obstructing official business and failure to appear warrant out of municipal court, Wednesday.

Arrested: Rodney A. Pippen, 46, Apartment 9, 2518 Sunset Blvd., petit theft and and two failure to appear warrants out of municipal court, Wednesday.

Arrested: Shaun Roby, 28, no fixed address, obstructing official business and failure to appear warrant out of municipal court, Wednesday.

Jefferson County sheriff

Theft: Hole cut in fence at Hess Corp. job site on county Road 25, Bloomingdale, and copper wiring taken and lock cut off storage shed, Wednesday.

Theft: Two catalytic converters cut off vehicles at Kenny's Auto, state Route 152, Richmond, Wednesday.
