Angela Bennett, Weirton, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license (third offense). Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation with probation fee. Fined $150 and assessed court costs. Pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Fined $100 and assessed court costs.

Alex Slocum, Weirton, two counts of domestic assault dismissed without prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Chasity Adkins, Weirton, pleaded guilty to no motor vehicle inspection. Fined $50 and assessed court costs. Charge of driving on a suspended license dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

William Coen, Chester, pleaded guilty to trespass in a structure or conveyance. Fined $25 and assessed court costs. Charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Shawna Marie Davis, Weirton, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 24 hours in jail, with credit for time served. Assessed court costs. Charge of trespassing dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Dallas Robertson, New Cumberland, pleaded no contest to speeding and was found guilty. Fined $25 and assessed court costs. Charge of expired registration dismissed at prosecutor's request. Found to be in compliance.

Melissa Rheinhardt, New Cumberland, charge of domestic battery dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Shacora Gray, Weirton, charge of domestic battery dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Aug. 14

Brian K. Manges, Burgettstown, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Fined $500 and assessed court costs. Pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Assessed court costs.

Nicholas Baker, New Cumberland, charge of no operator's license dismissed at prosecutor's request. Defendant provided valid operator's license.

Hailey Rice-Mitchell, Weirton, charge of unlawful taking of a vehicle transferred to Hancock County Circuit Court.

Phillip Abel, Weirton, pleaded guilty to aggravated DUI. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, with credit for one day served and the remaining 29 days suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation with probation fee. Fined $250 and assessed court costs. Defendant pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license. Fined $250 and assessed court costs. Speeding citation and charge of driving on a suspended license (DUI) dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Jason Courtney, Weirton, pleaded guilty to DUI. Sentenced to one day in jail. Fined $250 and assessed court costs and a $25 capias fee. Charges of driving on a suspended license (third offense), expired registration and expired motor vehicle inspection dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Richard Tucker, Toronto, charged with aggravated DUI, defendant pleaded no contest to non-aggravated DUI and was found guilty. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation with probation fee. Fined $500 and assessed court costs.
