Cited: Tricia N. Binkiewicz, 40, 5328 Steubenville Road, Amsterdam, speeding; Nathan T. Marshall, 21, 2246 1/2 Cherry Ave., speeding; Heather N. Gatto, 30, 1110 1/2 Oregon Ave., loud exhaust and expired driver's license; James S. Porter Jr., 31, Jewett, driving with suspended license and expired plates; Linda K. Tanner, 58, Jewett, permitting unlicensed driver to drive; and Jerry L. McClelland, 19, Lot 39, 28 township Road 281, Steubenville, improper turn.
