Owner Mike Ribar said they'd outgrown the original location, the old Herald Square building, after just 18 months in business.
"This is three or four times bigger than" our original location, he said.

Fort Steuben sells quality pre-owned washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators and freezers. Ribar has technicians on staff to service appliances as well.
While he has about 40 appliances in his showroom now, once the move is complete and everything's in place he said they'll have more than twice that number.
"There may be a small ding here or there, but I don't buy junk," he said. "I buy appliances that I wouldn't be ashamed to put in someone's home."
Ribar said he does a lot of business with landlords as well as seniors looking for a way to stretch their dollars.
"Everything has a warranty, and we do delivery and setup," he said.
Fort Steuben Appliance accepts all major credit cards.
The shop is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The shop is open until 7 p.m. on Wednesdays. It's closed on Sundays.
