Arrested: Deborah Schiffman, 32, 412 Commerce St., Wellsburg, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic needle, Wednesday.

Cited: Erin Maxwell, 41, Rear 279 Cunningham Lane, two counts no dog registration.

Robbery: Woman said she was assaulted around 5 p.m. Wednesday in the area of South Seventh and Adams streets by three women, who broke her cell phone and stole cash.

Arrested: Tomeka Smith, 67, 461 S. Fourth St., obstructing justice, Wednesday.

Theft: Vehicle window broken in the 500 block of Washington Street and CDs taken, Wednesday.

Arrested: Sean Fletcher, 43, 908 Oakland Way, criminal mischief, today.

Vandalism: Windows on two vehicles broken early today in the 100 block of South Fifth Street.
