Steubenville

Arrested: Paul Stackhouse, 27, 1321 Oregon Ave., domestic violence warrant, Wednesday.

Cited: Thomas R. Hileman, 24, 428 N. 10th St., Weirton, cracked windshield; Shasta L. Parrish, 35, Wheeling, no operator's license and prohibited turn on red; Jenaine L. Greathouse, 32, 8704 county Road 22A., Bloomingdale, stop sign; and Tanesha C. Jenkins, 39, 1414 Oregon Ave., driving with suspended license.

Vandalism: Attempt made to kick open door at apartment in the 900 block of Market Street, Wednesday.

Vandalism: Rocks thrown at moving vehicle in the 1000 block of Adams Street, cracking the windshield and causing dents on the side, Wednesday.

Arrested: John D. Polen, 23, 818 McLister Ave., Mingo Junction, petit theft, possession of drugs, possession of drug abuse instrument and possession of drug paraphernalia, Wednesday.

Jefferson County sheriff

Break-in: Door kicked open at house in the 200 block of Nelson Drive, Steubenville, and electronic game station, TV and speakers taken, Wednesday.

Follansbee

Arrested: Zachery Brown Benedict, 20, 766 Clifton St., Follansbee, wanton endangerment, Sunday.

Theft: Three video surveillance tapes and $300 were reported taken from the Follansbee American Legion Post on Main Street Saturday
