Theft: Ring taken from residence in the 2600 block of Lafayette Boulevard, Friday.

Charged: Edward A. Kosikowski, 45, Toronto, disorderly conduct, Friday.

Arrested: Brenda A. Green, 44, 125 Oak St., Weirton, speeding, driving with suspended license, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, Friday.

Shots fired: Police were called about shots fired in the 400 block of South Sixth Street around 11:37 p.m. Friday but officers found no evidence of shots fired.

Arrested: Martha R. Holloway, 28, Jewett, possession of drugs, Friday.

Arrested: Todd Jackson, 27, 310 1/2 Summit Ave., Jefferson County Common Pleas Court warrants charging two counts of having a weapon under disability and one count of carrying a concealed weapon and municipal court warrants charging domestic violence and obstructing official business, Saturday.

Arrested: Robert Simmons, 19, 905 Sherman Ave., possession of drugs, Saturday.
