Arrested: Joshua A. Benfield, 24, 106 Logan Court, Bethany, warrant for fugitive from justice, Wednesday.
Breaking and entering: A home on Hill Street in Beech Bottom was broken into Thursday but nothing appeared to have been taken. Access was gained through a basement door.
