Indian Creek senior Alex Young, flanked by his parents John and Lisa Young, along with Redskins baseball coach Mike Cottis, will continue his academic and athletic careers at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, where he will be a member of the baseball team. As a junior, Young batted .407 with 37 hits, 32 runs, 24 stolen bases, 17 RBIs and seven triples. As a sophomore, he batted .437 with 31 hits, 28 runs and 12 stolen bases. Sinclair has gone 80-25 during the past two seasons.
