To the editor:
I have a Wintersville address and have paid for Jefferson County water since Day 1.
What would happen if I quit paying my water bills? My water would be shut off. If they do shut the water off, then when my bill reaches $150,000, the Jefferson County commissioners can have my house.
By the way, the Cross Creek Township road crew does a great job clearing the snow from our roads.
