Weirton Medical Center patients were the recipients of the Kroger Heart to Heart program on Monday. Through the generosity of Kroger customers, company representatives are able to deliver hundreds of Valentine’s Day-themed balloons to patients in WMC’s pediatrics and skilled care departments.
