WEIRTON - David and Nada Lind of Shepherdstown announce the engagement of their daughter, Tessa, to Jeff Bowers Jr., son of Tammi and Jeff Bowers of Paden City.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Jefferson High School. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from West Virginia University and is a 2012 graduate of the WVU College of Law. She is employed as a federal judicial law clerk to Judge David J. Joel, U.S. Magistrate Judge, at the W. Craig Broadwater Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Martinsburg.
Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of Paden City High School and a 2007 graduate of WVU. He is employed as a news anchor at WTOV-TV in Steubenville.
