Janine Yeske, Ohio State University Extension educator and 4-H youth development, presented Lauren Ferralli, Bits and Pieces 4-H member, with the media award for having the earliest, most concise and timely reports of the club's meetings submitted to the Herald-Star.
The club held its November meeting at the Glenn Mills Senior Community Center in Richmond with Erin Hartzel presiding.
Pins and certificates were presented, and a bowling party was planned for January.

The club will be participating in the open house for the Extension office's move to the Bantam Ridge Elementary School building. The open house will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday.
