BRILLIANT - Charles and Shirley McKinstry of Brilliant will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on Dec. 19. They will gather with family members at Wilson Lodge, Oglebay Park, in Wheeling.
The McKinstrys were married at the First United Presbyterian Church in Brilliant by the late Rev. Ernest Toth in 1947.
They have four children, nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
