Arrested: Alouvise H. Harris, 26, 1116 Clair Ave., felony theft, possession of a drug abuse instrument and a bench warrant for failure to appear, Friday.

Arrested: Jaimee Bing, 28, 706 N. Fifth St., failure to appear, also cited for expired plates, Friday.

Cited: Keith D. Doren, Uhrichsville, Oh, parking violation.

Damaged: An automobile parked in the 600 block of North Fifth Street had a tire flatted, mirror broken and rear bumper smashed overnight, Saturday.

Scam: A resident of Grandard Parkway area reported receiving a fraudulent check in the mail, Saturday.

Theft: A Toronto resident reported someone made an unauthorized charge on their credit card after lossing wallet at Walmart, Saturday.

Vandalism: An automobile parked in South Hollywood Plaza was keyed Saturday while the owner worked.

Burglary: Someone attempted to break into a residence in the 500 block of North Sixth Street, Saturday by throwing a brick through the rear door, Saturday.

Arrested: Aaron Dwayne Gotschall II, 19, Apt. 7601 Two Ridge Road, Wintersville, bench warrant for criminal damaging, Saturday.

Arrested: Dino Orlando Suriano, 34, 100 Powell's Lane, Wintersville, failure to appear, Saturday.

Arrested: Robert S. Smith, 28, 2005 State Route 152, Bloomingdale, bench warrant.
