RHINE, Velma, 84, of Steubenville, OH, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, at Trinity West.
She was born Oct. 12, 1927, in Morgantown, WV, a daughter of the late Eugene and Anetta Rozerio Bruno.
Velma was Methodist by faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Rhine; sister, Jane Miller; and brother, Primo Bruno.
Surviving is her daughter, Bobbi Lynn Paul of Morgantown, WV.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to her nephew, John (Sonja) Rhine.
Private services were held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Dunlope- Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville.
