Arrested: Melissa A. Bell, 52, 2339 Chestnut St., bench warrant out of municipal court, Sunday.

Break-in: Door kicked open in the 1100 block of Euclid Avenue and TV and game console taken, Sunday.

Vandalism: Vehicle window and mirror broken in the 800 block of Lawson Avenue, Sunday.

Arrested: Harry Stackhouse, 28, 104 Wilma Ave., obstruction of official business, Saturday.

Theft: Company truck entered on Terminal Avenue, Steubenville, and power tool taken, Sunday.

Theft: Dirt bike taken from barn on county Road 53, Toronto, Saturday.

Vandalism: Swing set near house on state Route 43, Richmond, damaged with a rifle round, Sunday.

Vandalism: Tire slashed on vehicle on Maplewood Drive, Steubenville, Sunday.


Theft: A North 21st Street resident reported a plasma TV, air compressor and iPhone taken from the residence, Sept. 4.
