TORONTO - Larry and Debbie Roth of Toronto have announced the engagement of their daughter, Cordelia Marie, to Brian Anthony Russell, son of Scott and Julia Russell of New Cumberland.
The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of Edison High School, attended Eastern Gateway Community College and is employed at Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack and Resort.
Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of Edison High School and is employed by Wal-Mart Distribution Center.
