STEUBENVILLE -- City Council will consider legislation next week for the sale of property and emergency ordinances for the repair of collapsed sewer lines.
Third Ward Councilman Greg Metcalf introduced an ordinance to advertise for sale of two city owned lots on North Fifth Street.
Metcalf also proposed a month to month lease agreement for the JB Green Team for office space in the new City Hall facility.
He also introduced legislation to allow the city manager to advertise for supplies for the service department.
Second Ward Councilman Rick Perkins introduced several ordinances including amendments to the city's Fair Housing code, advertising for bids for professional services for a new security lighting system at the North End Park and Belleview Park and an ordinance authorizing advertising for professional services for the Fair Housing Commission.
Sixth Ward Councilman David Lalich introduced emergency legislation for emergency repairs to collapsed sewer lines on University Boulevard and Mccauslen Manor.
