BILLICK, William G. Sr., 71, of Colliers, WV., died suddenly, at his home, on Saturday September 15, 2012.

Born on May 23, 1941, in Wheeling, WV, Bill was a son of the late William Robert and Vera Elizabeth Reinbeau Billick. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Tom Bilick.

Bill retired after 45 years of service from the former Continental Can and US Can and Ball Corporations, where he worked as a production planner. When he was not working Coach Billick coached baseball for 25 years in Brooke and Hancock County, where he had the opportunity to coach both of his sons. During his career he coached his teams to a victory in two WV State Title Games. Known as a die hard Pittsburgh Steeler and West Virginia Mountaineer Fan, Bill was also an avid bowler and golfer, who enjoyed many golf trips to Myrtle Beach. But most of all Bill will be remembered as a family man who enjoyed spending time with his family especially attending his grandchildren's events and Brooke High Football Games.
