Banks Jr., 28, 827 Rosswell Ave., felonious assault, dismissed when complainant failure to appear;

Dylan D. Collins, 20, Chicago, receiving stolen property, dismissed due to evidentiary reasons; Sasha E. Ely, 30, 203 Kingsdale Road, petit theft and possession of drug abuse instrument, 10 days in jail; Laqwala M. Kelly-Grant, no age or address listed, no operator's license, 50 hours of community service, no child restraint, costs; Stanley A. Potkoski, 21, 429 Blairmont Road, Adena, possession of drug abuse instrument, 30 days in jail; and Steven F. Roberts II, 24, Apartment 403, 205 S.
