Steubenville 6th Ward Councilman David Lalich and his 3-year-old granddaughter Sofia Lalich enjoyed the beautiful weather and a swingset Friday morning at Beatty Park. Lalich said he takes Sofia to the three city parks when the weather is nice. The National Weather Center is predicting another beautiful day today with partly cloudy skies and highs in the low 70s.
