STEUBENVILLE - Rinaldo and Helen Saccoccia of Steubenville will be celebrating their 64th wedding anniversary on Saturday.
He is retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Co., and Helen has worked at Fashion Hosiery and Fashion Bug.
They have four children: Reno and Raymond of Steubenville, Marianne Mannie of Michigan and Richard of New Jersey. They have nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
