STEUBENVILLE - Bell Chapel United Methodist Church was the setting for the July 28 wedding that united Chelsey Mantos and Daniel Cline in marriage. The 2:30 p.m. ceremony was performed by cousin of the bride, Mike Mantos.
Escorted to the altar by her father and given in marriage by her parents, Paul and Yolandia Mantos of Bloomingdale, the bride chose an ivory taffeta A-line gown with silver embroidery adorned with crystals. She carried a bouquet of pink and orange roses, tiger lillies, orange lillies and alstroemerias.
The groom is the son of Todd and Delores Cline of Toronto.

Mariah Mantos, sister of the bride, and Jayci Davis of East Springfeild shared the title of maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Kara Drabick, Sam Yanik, Adrienne Mcewen, Nikki Wilt and junior bridesmaid Molly Keller.
Corbin Cline, brother of the groom, was the best man. Ushers were Marcus Keller, Brock Kurtz, Derrick Cook, Buck Heldreth and Tony Yanik.
Gage and Ava Cline, cousins of the groom, were the ring bear and flower girl.
After a reception at Ohio Catering's the Countryside, the newlyweds went on a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico.
The bride is a 2009 graduate of Edison High School and is a student at Eastern Gateway Community College and is employed by Jefferson County Board of Development Disabilities.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Edison High School and is a member of plumbers and pipefitters Local 495 and is employed by Cryogenic Construction.
They reside in Toronto.
