Huskies win tri-match
WEIRTON - Drew Horn was the medalist Tuesday with a 39 at Williams Country Club to lead Harrison Central (180) past Steubenville (200) and host Weir High (205).
Rounding out scoring for the Huskies were James Thompson with a 44, Austin Kowalski with a 45 and Bryce Wall with a 52.
Kasey Peterson led Big Red with a 48. Mason Heatherington shot 49, Jacob McKitrick a 51 and Andrew O'Dell a 52.
For the Red Riders, Zach Midcap shot 47, Vince Gaudio 51, Tyler Warrick 52 and Alex Creel 55.
Wildcats defeat Golden Bears
EAST LIVERPOOL - Dylan Jones carded a 44 Tuesday to be the medalist as the Edison golf team defeated Oak Glen, 186-209, at Turkana Golf Course.
Jimmy Marsh finished with a 46, Adam Ryan a 47 and Preston Collins and Ben Boyd each shot 49 for the Wildcats.
Matt McLaughlin paced the Golden Bears with a 47. Taylor Kincaid shot 48, Haley Spurlock 55 and Jacob Stipec 59.
Blue Dons seek a coach

Redskins selling tickets
WINTERSVILLE - Indian Creek will sell tickets to Friday's 7 p.m. home game with East Liverpool from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. today and Thursday and from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at the ticket window in the gymnasium.
Tickets are $5 for adults and $4 for students. All tickets are $6 at the gate.

Williams golf tourney coming up
CHESTER - The Fritz Williams Memorial Golf Classic will be held Saturday at Mountaineer Woodview Golf Course with a 9 a.m. shotgun. The cost is $240 per team and includes golf, cart, lunch and prizes.
