Nicole L. Pierson, 29, 1263 Wilson Ave., Mingo Junction, possession drug paraphernalia, 40 days in jail; Patricia Scott, 47, 321 Woodlawn Road, petit theft, four days in jail, possession of drug paraphernalia, $100; Michael R. Smith, 21, 504 Maxwell Ave., endangering children, dismissed due to evidentiary reasons; Harry E. Stackhouse, 24, 601 Two Ridge Road, Wintersville, possession of marijuana, $150; Robert E. Wiita Jr., 30, Worthington, Minn., harassment by inmate on officer, dismissed due to evidentiary reasons, disorderly conduct while intoxicated, eight days in jail;

Mark A. Baker Jr., 27, 118 McConnell Ave., petit theft, dismissed due to medical reasons; Michael D. Goodwin, 22, 78 Elm St., possession of marijuana, $100, speeding, $100; Candi J. Patton, 34, 110 Murdock Ave., Mingo Junction, petit theft, 10 days in jail; Allison C. Pool, 26, Apartment 3, 74 Evergreen Terrace, Wintersville, endangering children, 10 days in jail, disorderly conduct, $250, operating a vehicle under the influence, three days in jail, $375, six month license suspension, hit-skip, three days in jail, and red light, $100; Lawrence D. Rose, 42, 499 Woodland Ave., driving with suspended license, $300; Frankie J.
