Robert Yanok, Adena Heritage Days grand marshal, rode in a horse-pulled carriage in the festival parade Saturday. Yanok was accompanied by his wife, Diane. He has been a lifelong resident of Adena and a teacher in the Buckeye Local School District for 30 years, plus two years at the former Jefferson Union Schools. Marjorie Bednarki was the Heritage Queen and rode in an open car.
