Hello, my name is Issie Dunlevy, and I live in Follansbee with my husband, Edgar. West Virginia painted and repaired the Market Street Bridge and lit it up for all to see. It is a beautiful sight, especially after dark.
I, along with many residents of Follansbee and Brooke County, would like to thank Steubenville and its officials for fixing the road coming off the bridge on the Ohio side so nicely.
Steubenville and members of City Council came through and fixed the road beautifully. Thank you for all your hard work and the great job you did.
