The Bits and Pieces 4-H Club members saw demonstrations by Logan Noviski on how to care for a pig; Lara Householder, making yeast bread; and Meghan Scott, the daily schedule for raising pigs, during the meeting held at the Richmond Park.

Carey Ferralli presided, and members worked on the 4-H booth for the Jefferson County Junior Fair.

The meeting Saturday will be held at the Friendship Park fairgrounds.

Warren Ridge Wranglers

The Warren Ridge Wranglers 4-H Club made plans to clean the Jefferson County Fairgrounds and are getting the decor ready for the booth that will be in the Junior Fair Building.

Marcie Jarman conducted the meeting, and all members worked on projects for the fair. A picnic was held and demonstration given.

Purple Circle

The Purple Circle 4-H Club members had their last meeting at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds where they had a covered-dish cookout, cleaned their flowerbed and planted new flowers.

Their next meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at the fairgrounds where they will clean their barn and assemble their 4-H booth.
