Theft: Window to apartment broken and TV taken in the 100 block of South Ninth Street, Saturday.

Vandalism: Glass front door broken by man punching it in the 700 block of Market Street, Saturday.

Theft: Cell phone taken from vehicle in the 300 block of Lawson Avenue, Saturday.

Arrested: Rodney Gaydos, 28, 832 Bantam Ridge Road, Wintersville, failure to appear warrant out of municipal court and no seat belt, Saturday.

Arrested: Brandi Renforth, 34, 832 Bantam Ridge Road, Wintersville, failure to appear warrant out of municipal court and no seat belt, Saturday.

Arrested: Chad Stewart, 26, 65 Braxton Road, Weirton, operating a vehicle under the influence and drug abuse, Sunday.

Theft: Window air conditioner and hot plate taken from apartment in the 900 block of Market Street, Sunday.

Arrested: Richard C. Graham, 36, 906 Buena Vista Blvd., marked lanes, failure to display license and possession of crack cocaine, Sunday.

Jefferson County sheriff

Vandalism: Vehicle scratched, tire slashed and convertible top cut on county Road 47, Toronto, Sunday. A second vehicle also was reported scratched at the same residence.

Break-in: Savage Cycles, 530 S. Main St., Amsterdam, broken into and cash, motorcycle and paperwork taken, Saturday.

Break-in: Garage on township Road 1098, Dillonvale, broken into and tools, welder and two chain saws taken, Saturday.

Theft: Tires taken from van and storage units entered on state Route 43, Richmond, Saturday.

Vandalism: Car vandalized and windows broken on Meadow Drive, Richmond, Saturday.
