Buckeye Local High School graduate Austin Ferguson was the recipient of the $1,000 McDonald’s All-Star Band Scholarship awarded Sunday night at the 67th-annual Rudy Mumley Ohio Valley Athletic Conference All-Star Charity Football Classic at Wheeling Island Stadium. The award was presented by all-star band program director Dru Meyer and McDonald’s owner/operator Ross Stoltz.
