STEUBENVILLE -- Sixth Ward Councilman David Lalich introduced the only new legislation Tuesday night during a brief city council sunshine meeting.
Lalich proposed the 2013 tax budget for consideration at next week's regular meeting.
The council also met for 70 minutes prior to the meeting to review the city's financial health up to July.
City Manager Cathy Davison said the city administration continues to work with city employee unions and department heads to maintain efficiencies in the day to day operations.
