BECHER, Marcella R. (McGee), 84, of Weirton, WV, formerly of Mingo Junction, OH, went to join her beloved husband Steve in eternal rest on Tuesday July 17, 2012 at the home of her daughter Rose in Weirton, WV.
She was born October 20, 1927 in Smithfield, WV, a daughter of the late Dale and Grace (Swiger) McGee.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Becher on October 11, 2003; four brothers, Ronald McGee, Donald McGee, and infants Robert and Duane McGee; and a sister, Lenora "Jean" McEndree.

Marcella was a homemaker and Christian by faith. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and was a very devoted mother.
Surviving are five daughters, Sheila K. Cumblidge of Weirton, WV, Carol S. (Gary) Welch of Keystone Heights, FL, Sandra (Brian) Becher Sommers of Avon Lake, Ohio, Rose (Greg) Becher Swan of Weirton, WV and Karen (Jimmy) Tucker of Wallace, WV; two brothers, Duane and Robert McGee, both of Steubenville, Ohio; a sister, Helen Barker of Moundsville, WV; four grandchildren, Darla Stout, Steve Welch, Marci Coxon and Jake Sommers; and three great-grandchildren, Austin, Tucker and Taylor.
Friends will be received to celebrate Marcella's life at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo on Saturday from 4 p.m. until the time of her funeral services at 5 p.m. with Pastor Charles "Sonny" Shoe, officiating.
