Vision program detailed

Urban Mission is partnering with Prevent Blindness Ohio to provide free eye exams and eyeglasses to the uninsured/homeless children and adults in Ohio through the Vision Care Outreach Program.

The goal of the program is to reduce the incidence of unnecessary vision loss and impairment by providing access to a donated system of comprehensive vision care services for high-risk, medically indigent Ohioans children, youth, families and homeless/uninsured adults.

The program is only available to Ohioans, and participants must meet income and other eligibility requirements. Individuals interested in signing up for the program can contact Sara Green at (740) 282-8010.
