CROWDER, Karen, 74, of Steubenville, died Monday, July 2, 2012, at home. She was born March 20, 1938 in Littleton, WV., the daughter of the late Arvel Moore and Georgie Morris Schwartz; Karen is also preceded in death by her husbands, Earl Cooper, Gary Elliot and Eugene Crowder, her brother, Vernon Moore, brother-in-law, Kenneth Riggs and step father, Vincent Schwartz.
Karen was retired from the housekeeping deparment of former Ohio Valley Hospital.
Surviving are her sons, Larry (Jean) Cooper of MI, Eugene (Gorgeanna Brokaw) Crowder of Steubenville, Gary (Kim Carhanan) Brown of Mingo Junction, her brothers, James (Frances) Moore of Steubenville, Colon (Debbie) Moore of MI, two sisters, Karrie Riggs and Sherry (Keith) Manard both of MI. sister in law, Lillian Moore of AZ, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Karen will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
