BOWER, Virginia M., 86, of Richmond, OH, died Thursday, July 5, 2012, at her home.
She was born July 31, 1925, in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Robert and Helen Everhart McDaniels.
She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church and retired snack bar manager at the former Treasure Island.
Preceding Virginia in death were her first husband, Thomas C. Bowman; second husband, Carl R. Bower; daughters, Linda Lou Howard and Sandra Bowman; and six brothers.
Virginia is survived by her daughter, Grace (Joseph) Evans of Richmond; son, Thomas C. (Charlene) Bowman of Bloomingdale; eight grand children; 12 great grand children; and two sisters, Judith F. (Ray) Flinn of Wintersville and Pat (Jerry) Charlie of Carrollton, OH.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Sunday 1-3 p.m. Funeral services 10 a.m. Monday at Union Cemetery Chapel with the Rev. Paul Danielson officiating.
