Participants sought for day camp
WELLSBURG - Children, ages 5-8, are invited to participate in Brooke County Cloverbud Day Camp, which will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 16-18 at Brooke Hills Park's Rhododendron Shelter.
The camp is held as part of the Brooke County 4-H program, but children aren't required to be 4-H members to participate.
The cost is $20 for the camp, which will include a variety of activities. Children must be registered no later than Monday.

Monster story hour set
WELLSBURG - The Brooke County Public Library will present a story hour featuring not-so-scary monster tales, crafts and games at 5:30 p.m. Thursday. Register for the free program by calling (304) 737-1551.
Follansbee all-school reunion Aug. 11
WINTERSVILLE - Plans have been finalized for the Follansbee High School All-School Reunion to be held Aug. 11 at St. Florian Hall.
The reservation deadline is Wednesday. All those who attended Follansbee High School and interested parties are invited to attend.
Norma Thomaselli Henson, Class of 1954, and Mary Ann Boyd Thorne, Class of 1951, are chairing the arrangement committee.
The event will include registration, social and hors d'oeures from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and dinner will be served at 7 p.m. Light Touch will perform until 11 p.m., when coffee and Danishes will be served.
Children can create Big Dreams poster
FOLLANSBEE - Children are invited to stop by the Follansbee Branch Library during regular hours Tuesday and create a Big Dreams poster as part of the summer reading program being held by the Brooke County Public Library and Follansbee Branch.
