ELLENBERGER, Skyler Paige, 5, of Steubenville, passed away tragically in a house fire on Thursday, June 21, 2012, at her home.
She was born on Aug. 22, 2006, in Steubenville. Skyler is the daughter of Erik Ellenberger of Weirton and Randi Bowland Ellenberger and her fiance, John Robinson, of Steubenville.
Skyler was a caring little girl that had hopes to start preschool this year. She loved to play with the dogs, but most of all she loved her family.

Skyler was preceded in death by a maternal grandmother, Linda Gilpin.
In addition to her parents, Skyler is survived by four brothers, Gavin Cleapor of Colorado; her twin brother, Gage Ellenberger and twins Kraven and Damien Ellenberger all of Steubenville; a sister, Lexie Ellenberger of Weirton; paternal grandparents, John and Debbie Ellenberger, of Union, Mo.; maternal grandfather Bill Gilpin of McDonald, Pa.; maternal grandparents, Randy and Wilma Bowland of Weirton; a special grandparent, Peggy Jackson of Steubenville; great-grandparents Jack and Centa Bowland of Paris, Pa.; Mary Peace and Betty Ellenberger, both of Punxsutawney, Pa.; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday, June 28, 2012, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and again on Friday, June 29, 2012, from 10 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. at the James Funeral Home, 1245 Main St., Follansbee with Brother Mike Renforth Sr. officiating from the Ministry of Salvation Baptist Church, Steubenville.
Interment will follow at St. Johns Cemetery, Follansbee.
