ROUSE, William E., 83, of Wellsburg, W.Va., passed away June 19, 2012, at Acuity Specialty Hospital, Steubenville, Ohio.
Michael Rouse in 1997; and a sister, Hazel Bland.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2012, from 1:30 p.m. until time of memorial service at 2 p.m. at the Wellsburg First Church of God, Bethany Pike, half mile on Route 67, Wellsburg, W.Va., with Pastor James Seabright, officiating.
Inurnment will be held privately at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee, W.Va.
All services are under the direction and care of the Chambers Funeral Home, 1030 Main St., Wellsburg, W.Va.
