Vandalism: Vehicle window broken in the 100 block of South Fifth Street, Saturday.

Vandalism: Two vending machines damaged at business in the 600 block of Market Street Saturday. One machine opened and bill changer cut out.

Arrested: Jackie R. Fram, 49, Apartment A, 817 Market St., driving with suspended license, defective vehicle, possession of drugs and failure to appear warrant out of municipal court, Saturday.

Dog found dead: Puppy let out in yard by owner on Thursday found dead inside grocery bag in a sewer on Saturday.

Cited: Brian S. White, 37, no address listed, stop sign; and Keiland D. Williams, 25, 815 Market St., driving with a suspended license.

Arrested: Herbert Mayo Jr., 44, no fixed address, domestic violence, today.

Arrested: Brandon Cornish, 19, 306 Ludlow Ave., underage consumption, today.

Arrested: Lavonne Harris, 44, 1239 W. Adams St., robbery, theft and failure to appear warrant out of municipal court, Saturday.
