FRANCE, Philip III, 58, of Steubenville, Ohio, died Friday June 15, 2012.
He was born Feb. 5, 1954, in Wheeling, W.Va., the son of Alice (Roth) France and the late Philip France Jr.
He was a Christian by faith and was an instructor for Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.
He is survived by his fiancee, Lynn Velkovich of Shadyside, Ohio; two children, Natalie (Patrick) King of Valley Grove, W.Va., and Stephen (Chelsea Brown) France of Shadyside, Ohio; and a granddaughter, Emma France.
Family and friends will be received Monday, June 18, 2012, at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 37th St., Bellaire, Ohio, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where services will be held Tuesday, June 19 at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Joel Traylor officiating.
