FAIR, Elizabeth Y. Withers, 55 of Wellsburg, WV., passed away June 14, 2012, at Trinity West, Steubenville, OH.
She was born April 13, 1957, in Wheeling, WV to William and Colleen Hall Royal.
She was an employee of the Northern Panhandle Head Start and she was a member of the Promise Victory Church of God.
In addition to her father, she was preceded by her daughter, Megan Withers Davis.
She is survived by her husband, Michael A. Fair, her son, Aaron M. Fair of Columbus, OH, four brothers, Ronnie, Bill "Hookie", Charles "Chopper" Withers, and Chad Hall all of Wellsburg, WV, three sisters Celeste Hall of Weirton, WV, Ilene and Lisa Withers both of Steubenville, OH,, two grandchildren, Jade and Kyler Davis of Steubenville, OH and one great-granddaughter, also several stepbrothers and sisters survived.
Visitation will be held Sunday, June 17, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wells burg, WV. Services will be Monday, June 18, 2012 at the Promise Victory Church of God, Colliers, WV at 11 a.m. with Bishop Albert Mitchem officiating. Online condolences can be made to ReasnerofWells burg.com
