STEUBENVILLE -- A resolution to proceed with the placement of a five mill real estate levy on the November ballot.
Sixth Ward Councilman David Lalich introduced the measure during Tuesday's council sunshine meeting.
The council approved an initial ordinance authorizing the levy renewal last week after three separate readings.
The council finance committee met prior to the sunshine meeting for a monthly update on city finances.
